Beautiful hotel and great staff. Breakfast was a let down
Lovely room, very helpful and polite staff, great room service menu,
The tv wasn’t English and it wasn’t interactive but I called down and the sent a technician to bring a cable so I could get my Netflix off my phone on the tv! The guy was helpful but a hotel of this calibra should have more updated tv. Breakfast was only ok! Not to the rest if the standard of the hotel

Old hotel, partly renovated with great location, stuff and breakfast
Location and great, helpful staff and super breakfast
Very poor food in lobby restaurant. Also rooms were old, especially our toilet door was uncomfortable when my spouse came in and I was there, all corridor could see me sitting there.

Wonderful
Beautiful hotel in an amazing location with great staff
There was a conference on and some facilities were not available- I think they should let you know about this before you check in. WE have stayed at the hotel numerous times and we are always asked if this is our first time- I would think the systems must recognise phone numbers and emails - just something little but can be changed without much effort.
